“Who Else Wants A Button-Popping Chest…Sleeve-Ripping Arms…And Rock-Solid 6-Pack Abs?”

“You CAN have it… in under 3 hours a week. I’m talking less than 24 MINUTES A DAY!”

quick ways to build muscleThat opening lines in Sean Nalewanyj’s “Muscle Gain Truth – No Fail System” offer have definitely caught my attention. Who wouldn’t be?

Quick ways to build muscles is something that everyone would die to know the answer to. A strong, muscular body impresses upon others that you are powerful and respectful. Well of course, not forgetting that guys with such a body would drives gorgeous girls crazy!

The problem is how to build those muscles quickly? Is there a way to do it without training long hours in the gym?

Well, after reading through Sean’s “Muscle Gain Truth – No fail System”, the solution seems clear. It is achievable and in under 26 weeks as claimed by Sean.

Just a brief introduction about myself.

Just like anyone, I desire to have an extra few inches of muscles to my existing lean body. “That would definitely gives me more confidence” I’m pretty sure. So there I go training in the gym day in day out hoping to see some muscle growth in a couple of months down the road. Simply put, I just plunge right in. No research, no digging for advices, just simple begin my training thinking that that is all that is needed i.e. exercises and more exercises would see me through. I guess, you may have guessed the end result that I got. In fact I got nowhere. My body remains as lean as ever, no extra muscles, no 6 packed albs.

I got frustrated and almost give up. Then I was introduced to Sean’s “Muscle Gain Truth – No Fail System” by a fellow bodybuilder in the same gym.

It’s indeed an eye opener for me. I realized that what I was doing was wrong.

First mistake: No workout schedule, I just plunge in.

I didn’t know that the exercises are different. I simply choose randomly the type of exercises to do.  How wrong am I.

Sean pointed out the importance of a well-planned workout schedule. Without one, you’re simply heading for failure.

So in his book, you are given a well-structured workout schedule planned perfectly for you. This include everything you need to know to gain muscle fasts like warming up, stretching, types of weight lifting exercises to build up the various muscles, the number of sets, reps etc. This definitely gives you a head start over others, as you don’t have to fret over how to or what to do when you are all ready to start. Well that’s not all. Sean seems to have thought out everything for you. Video lessons, given out as a bonus, show you exactly how to do the exercises in the proper way leaving no room for error that will hinder your development in any way. You are even given the use of his MCG tracker software program to keep track of your progress

But Just in case you’re thinking it’s that easy, it not. You have to be prepared to work hard. It’s a matter of determination and perseverance that will bring you the result that you wanted, not merely filling your mind with the necessary knowledge.

Secondly: I did not change my eating habits or my meals

Again, this is one mistake that many, including myself, have made. I totally ignored the importance of my diet. I continue to eat 3 meals a day and any types of foods that is available. Wrong again!

After reading Sean’s book, I realized that Nutrition is the building blocks for muscle growth. You need to plan out your daily meals in order to gain the right type of nutrients ideal for muscle growth.

Well I don’t know about you but it’s a tough job in deciding what are the right foods to eat. But again Sean seems to see right through you and instead of letting you take chances and failing in the end, he provide 9 meals plan for his readers that comes complete with instructions on how to cook them and when to eat them. He even goes further by providing you with the grocery list. All you need to do is simply go buy the ingredients and following his recipes!

Thirdly: I forgo rest spending hours training in the gym hoping to gain quick results.

Sean explains in his book that rest is of utmost importance, without sufficient rest, your muscle won’t grow as desired.

As usual, Sean is leaving no stones unturned. He even provides you with a list of tips and tricks on how to speed up recovery in between workouts allowing your body the time to build those extra muscles you wanted so badly.

If you should ask me if I can pick up any faults in Sean’s Muscle Gain Truth – No Fail System” book, then I suppose it’s the volume of the book. It’s a 266 pages book! However, I am not really complaining as I know I will not get these nifty gritty stuff elsewhere that makes it so much easier to understand and follow that could well make the difference between success and failure.

By the way, it’s really a “no-risk” buy as Sean is so confident that anyone who follows his book would not fail, that by anyway if you are not at all satisfy, you can ask for a full refund with no questions asked.

Check out “ Muscle Gain Truth – No Fail System” now, as you would possibly find more goodies included in the offer as of the time when I purchased mine.
